Overview

FastFeatTalent is a talent marketplace connecting brands with nano and micro influencers. I worked directly on building the product foundation, defining the growth architecture, and scaling the platform to over 10,000 monthly active users.

Problem


FastFeatTalent had a strong concept — simplifying influencer collaborations — but lacked:

  • Clear product structure and positioning

  • Defined user acquisition engine

  • Conversion-driven onboarding flow

  • Scalable growth framework

  • Data visibility into activation and retention

The platform needed both product clarity and a repeatable growth system.

Challenge


Two-sided marketplaces are complex. Growth isn’t just about traffic — it’s about:

  • Balancing supply (influencers) and demand (brands)

  • Activating users quickly
